I think the dinner pot luck would be better, that way it doesnt take

Hey guys...
I am in for Saturday/Sunday. I plan on leaving the North Bay bright and early Saturday morning. I will bring a smokey joe bbq, coals, firewood, and a coleman stove. I will bring a couple of sides (potato salad etc) to share for Sat. night. Oh and beer. Gotta have that! Looking forward to doing some wheeling! Spent the last week down in So. Cal. Never have I seen so many Rovers with bling and 20's. What a waste. Made the need for me to get out and wheel even stronger!!

hi ladies. Robb, unfortunately, i don't think i'll be able to meet you guys that early on Sat. am. i'll have to head down solo and meet up with everyone around 10 or so. however, question is, how do i make sure to meet everybody? we don't know if cell phones will work and i don't have a CB/radio. i'm shooting for 10am and could go directly to the campground. if you guys can't wait, although you shouldn't have to, maybe someone could leave me a note and a map so i know how to hook up.
i'll bring pre-dinner munchies... chips, dip, liver pate, caviar, etc. i'll also throw in some paper towels, garbage bags and a potent post-meal libation for all to savor. maybe i'll even bring my karaoke machine and some dance hits from the '70s (ABBA maybe?).

 Yeah, we'll make sure you have a way to contact us. I have a handheld CB that I might leave at the campsite for you to contact us on. Don't know where I'll leave it but I'll leave a note for you to find it.

thanks you turd burglars. you know, this may be a stupid question, but i have those handheld motorola radio/walkie talkies. would one of those be able to pick up or transmit a signal to/from one of your radios, Steve-O? if not, you leaving a radio and a note (and a bloody mary) at the site would be most helpful.
sleep in? morning quickie? funny! it's called helping the wife with both boys through the oft hellacious morning routine so i get to keep my hall pass for the night.
