    Same link, but....search the YouTube for "synchrodemayo" ....I think it is GoWesty out of SLO that has that run yearly....pretty awesome to watch....

    Flat pans, aircooled engines.....4 wheel drive...

    cool rigs for sure. I like the Tatra trucks from Russia, come to think of it I like odd ball 4x4's

    yeah, I dig that Volvo that shows up at hollister, it is like an old ambulance...I see that guy go everywhere, at about 10mph....I mean EVERYWHERE...

    Syncros are sweet, but Volvo 303s and Mogs are a whole other level. I really want either a 303 or a U1000 Mog radio truck as the ultimate RV.
    If you can't fix it with a hammer, then you have an electrical problem.

    I agree those VWs are very cool. And I am in the same boat as you, odd ball 4x4s always catch my attention. Heck, just last week I was on a 4x4 Toyota Tercel tangent....haha

    We were looking for a Westie and had a line on one, but missed it by that much..then my Rover popped onto my Radar.....now we are working to make the camping easy with it.

    I keep telling El Wayno, with his 69 3 door burban, to go with his idea of splicing a westie roof onto it and make the ultimate off roading and camping base..
