REBUILT 4.6L CYLINDER HEADS OFF a 2003 DII SE MOTOR LESS THAN 10 MILES ON THEM $499

Set of rebuilt Land Rover 4.6L cylinder heads for the Discovery II from 2003-2004 and Range Rover ( P38A ) from late 1995 through 2002 ( it is my understanding that they can also be bolted on the late 1999 thru 2002 Discovery II 4.0 motors But I am not sure about that).

The heads are off a 2003 motor that turned out to have a bad block after I had the heads redone. The cylinder heads have less than 10 miles on them since being redone. Ready to bolt-in.

They will actually fit any Rover V8 using composite head gaskets, just have to install plugs in the air injection ports when using on a non-SAI motor. But best for 4.0/4.6 motors with SAI (air injection) from about 2000-2004 on the DII, not sure if the RR P38 with SAI falls in the same year range.

    No kidding, really ?

So they could be used on a say early DII with the 4.0L with no problem ?

These are off a 2003 DII SE with secondary air.

Yes, there was no difference between the heads used on 4.0 and 4.6 engines. And as I said, they can even be used on an earlier truck like a DI or even an RRC with plugs installed in the SAI ports. For that matter, they could be retrofitted to an even earlier truck like a pre-'95 RRC as long as they were used with composite gaskets.

    P38 SAI started on 2000. (1999 is non-SAI).
