    Series iii fluid list

Does anyone have a fluids list for a series iii. New to the Series trucks and I have an old owner and maintenance manual that list fluids for each component from the 70 s but am trying to find what the modern equivilents are. Any one using synthetics, if so what kind? Any noticable performace differences.

    So we are talking:
    Diffs
    Engine
    Tcase
    Overdrive
    Brakes: Dot 4?
    Swivel pin housing
    air cleaner

I am running a 2.25 series iii 88 petrol with fairey overdrive.

    I use on the series:
Engine, use a good mineral, I never use Synthetics on the old trucks. Mine is diesel I think it has now 15W40.
Diffs, TCase, Overdrive, Trans, I use SAE90 GL4 (GL5 can leave copper inside without protection, or at least that's what a lot of people say)
Swivel Pin housing, I use SAE90, but if you have the whole thing prone to leaking, use SAE140 or the Land Rover grease.
    Brakes/Clutch DOT4
    Air filter, same as engine.
