Hey folks:

Just a note to let folks know that Team Lanesplitter is happening again this year and we want more people to ride with us. If you dont know about this its a ride in Napa each year to raise money to fight diabetes. If youre interested in joining us or making a donation, you can follow the link below to our team page to sign up, donate, or learn more. There is a link to join the team at the top of the list of current team members. Our goal this year is to raise close to $16000 which will put our team over the $100k mark since its inception.

I'm doing the 50 mile ride this year with my kid Iain. He did the 25 mile ride last year on a 20" bmx bike that was too small, so this year he's got gears and a real bike so we're going for a longer distance. There are many different options from 10- 100 miles. We do "training" rides that generally start from one of the pubs and go visit places like local breweries or wineries and then come back to the pub. Its a really fun event that is great for the serious riders and low key enough for us out of shape pizza and beer drinking types that have crappy bikes and guts hanging out of our spandex bike shorts. Thanks all.

Daniel
