A little bit of the Baja 1000 died when Honda took out support of the xr650r....RIP big red pig, rest in peace....

Anyway, I always thought a trip to baja would be awesome--I would love to live off tacos and beer, and sit on the beach....and throw in some ridiculously engineered and fast as all hell racing machines flying past.

I'm going down with a Rover contingency. This years dates are 11/19-11/22. We will wait for the course before deciding where we will stay.

I read is going to be the same loop as last year and will be returning to Ensenada.

I will be going. I liked being close to Encenada for the start, then we could head South East, get in front of the racers, then see them on the loop back. Or perhaps over near the great drop off area where John was last year.
