Well, it is like 40 miles, and ideologically MILES away...

You better bring the Rover, not the Prius....granted, you'd think the prius would be acceptted in the City (and it will) but the steel protection of the Rover may ensure a dent free trip...

    or fly.

And notice people, he'll meet us at Mexxi's, but no invite to the party....
It's about people and the Land Rovers that own them.

Hell, I'll meet anywhere really I figured mexxis was a place everyone likes and knows already. Also trying to help support a fellow rover owners business!

Prius will get me there way faster/cheaper... from SF to mexxis thats only 2 gallons. Ill even come give you a lift, whats the house # on castro st? the one with the colorful flag out front?

    10-4

I would drive my rover any day over the prius. but $ is $ ......

It's not my engagement party, I haven't cashed in yet

"Engagement" party. Pfffft. You may not WANT to be invited to an SF type party Mike. Elliott, does said party involve costumes, a float and plenty o' pride??? We're definitely in to hang out if you make it to the East Bay.

Wow E, you know more about the city than I do......

Oh, and I always want to be invited to parties in the city there Davey...my goal is to channel Ted Nugent whenever I cross that bridge. I drive the most fuel inefficient vehicle I can, wear leather, carry a pocket size pitbull type dog.....I eat red meat for dinner and smoke a cigar as I walk around spouting off whatever was last heard on Hannity/Limbaugh or (and this dates me ) Wally George style show I could pick up heading into the abyss.....I'll even try and hunt buffalo in GG parks if I am feeling particularly saucey........I try to mimic the SF ideal of "living my own way" and if it happens to offend I ask "what about the SF theory of just expressing myself?"

And then, if I am in a surley mood......

The 18th of April eh?? Looks like I'm having lunch at Mexxi's!! Gilbert and 6th St. parallel each other, can you 2x check the addy? If you're going to be in that area, I work at 2nd and King right across the street from AT&T Ballpark.
